Noted industrialist and managing director of Sri City Ravisanna Reddy on
Monday offered gold plated Padma Peetam worth Rs. 32 lakh to the temple
of goddess Padmavathi ammavaru at Tiruchanoor. Tirumala based TTD JEO
K.S. Srinivasa Raju said over 1 kg of gold and 40 kgs of copper has gone
in, in the making of the peetam. He said the peetam will be utilised
during the procession of the deity on Tiruchi vahanam.
